What Are They Doing To Professor Hawking?!

Yeah, that's famed theoretical physicist Steven Hawking. No, he's not being forced to talk by some evil mastermind's henchmen -- he's weightless inside a free-falling Boeing 727.

It's not NASA's zero-gravity trainer used during the filming of Apollo 13; instead, the aircraft is owned by a private company called Zero G. Steven would have liked to plunge into a black hole, but had to settle for this, as all those flights were booked. (That's a little tongue-in-cheek, nerd humor for ya)

Zero G will be in New York City on May 5th. You can book a flight for $3,675.00 -- a good use for that tax refund. For the price, you get 15 free-falls each lasting about 30 seconds. According to Zero G's website, you can perform tricks, eat M&Ms floating in front of you or pop a water balloon and play with the floating water. They don't say what happens if you vomit. I'm guessing you clean the plane?
